We're different.

The 2B Hub is a neurodivergent-aware creative regulation studio.

You don’t need to be fixed.

You need tools that understand you.

The 2B Hub designs creative journals for ADHD and neurodivergent adults who think in nonlinear, layered, and deeply feeling ways.

Through character-based storytelling, guided reflection, breathwork, coloring, and open-ended exploration, each book follows an original character whose perspective brings a distinct lens of the ADHD experience to life. Some focus on internal regulation. Others explore intensity, curiosity, or relational understanding.

The collection also includes tools for partners who want to support ADHD in ways that feel informed and steady, rather than treating it as something to solve or “fix.”

There’s no required order.

No right way to use them.

These books are designed to move with you and meet you where you are. There’s no place here for masking, performance, or shame.

Just space to work with your brain, not against it.

What We Believe

ADHD does not need to be erased or "fixed."

It needs to be understood.

The 2B Hub exists to create tools that support how neurodivergent minds actually work.

That means:

  • Supporting adult ADHD without shame
  • Prioritizing comfort, sensory regulation, and emotional safety
  • Making reflection and self-regulation feel accessible, not like another task
  • Honoring the lived experience of ADHD in everyday life

Our Philosophy

  • Comfort is not a luxury. It is a biological need.
  • Regulation comes before productivity.
  • Creativity can be a path back to clarity.
  • Small supports, repeated over time, create meaningful change.

You deserve tools that work with your brain.

Who We're For

The 2B Hub is designed for:

  • Adults diagnosed (or self-identified) with ADHD later in life
  • Neurodivergent thinkers, creatives, and deeply feeling minds
  • Anyone seeking grounding, calm, and focus in a noisy world
  • Partners and loved ones seeking to better understand ADHD

Partners and loved ones seeking to better understand ADHD

If your brain moves quickly, deeply, or differently, you are not alone here.

About the Creator

Ashley Cressey is the creator of The 2B Hub, a neurodivergent-aware creative studio designing journals and reflection frameworks for ADHD and nonlinear thinkers.

After years working alongside founders and early-stage companies, Ashley began questioning the systems we're all expected to use and who they are actually built for. Following her own late ADHD diagnosis, she shifted her work toward creating tools that recognize difference as value rather than something to be corrected.

She writes for the women who spent years believing they were “too much” and not enough at the same time.

Through The 2B Hub’s publishing imprint, The NOT Typical Collection, Ashley creates character-based journals and guided frameworks that support regulation, clarity, and the development of self-trust. Her work draws from arts-in-health practices, blending storytelling, reflection, breathwork, and creative exploration to support nervous system awareness and emotional integration.

The professional systems arm of this work, 2B UNBOUND, adapts these frameworks into licensed tools for practitioners, coaches, and organizations.

Ashley’s work centers on clarity, agency, and building systems that honor how people actually think, feel, and grow, especially for those who were taught their minds were the problem.
