FAQs
What is The 2B Hub?
The 2B Hub is a neurodivergent-aware creative regulation studio.
We design creative journals and reflection tools for ADHD and neurodivergent adults who think in nonlinear, layered, and deeply feeling ways.
Through character-based storytelling, guided reflection, coloring, breathwork, and open exploration, our journals help people understand their minds and work with their nervous systems rather than against them.
Why is it called The 2B Hub?
The name reflects the idea of becoming.
Instead of seeing ADHD as something to manage or “fix,” The 2B Hub asks a different question: How do you want 2B?
Our work centers on helping people understand how their minds work while designing tools that support that process and make space for self-acceptance along the way.
At its core, becoming begins with recognizing that who you are does not need to be masked or corrected.
What makes our creative journals different from regular journals?
Most journals focus on productivity or structured prompts.
The journals in The Not Typical Collection are designed for nonlinear thinkers. They combine reflection, creative expression, and nervous system awareness.
Each book follows a character whose experience reflects a different aspect of the ADHD experience.
Instead of journaling alone, you move through the pages alongside a perspective that may feel familiar.
Do I need to use the journals in a certain order?
No.
Each book stands on its own and focuses on a different perspective of ADHD.
You can start with whichever character feels most familiar to you.
Are these journals only for people with ADHD?
No.
They are designed with ADHD minds in mind, but many neurodivergent adults, creatives, and deep thinkers find the format supportive.
Anyone who benefits from reflective or creative practices may enjoy them.
Are these therapy books?
No.
The journals are not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment.
They are creative reflection tools designed to support emotional awareness, self-understanding, and nervous system regulation.
What age group are the journals for?
The books are designed for adults.
Many readers are late-diagnosed ADHD adults who are learning how their brains work in new ways.
Who are the "NOT Typical" characters?
Each book in The Not Typical Collection follows a different character:
Nora Diverge
Reflective, grounded, and focused on emotional regulation and self-understanding.
Cass Cade
Intense, honest, and learning how to work with anger, boundaries, and personal power.
Liv Tangent
Curious, creative, and comfortable exploring ideas that move in unexpected directions.
Eli Crowe
Steady, thoughtful, and focused on helping partners better understand ADHD minds.
How are the journals meant to be used?
There is no single way to use them.
Some people journal.
Some color while reflecting.
Some simply read sections that resonate.
You can move through the pages slowly or return to them whenever you need.
Are the "NOT Typical" creative journals research-based?
The concepts used throughout the books are informed by several areas, including:
- Arts in Health
- Nervous system regulation
- Reflective journaling practices
- Creative expression and narrative reflection
- Ashley and her peers’ lived experience with adult ADHD
However, the books are not academic texts. They are creative tools designed to make reflection more accessible.
Where can I buy journals from The NOT Typical Collection
The books are available through Amazon and select events or conferences where The 2B Hub appears. Additional tools and creative resources are also available through The 2B Hub website.
